If you want to compile the packages yourself, please download http://dovecot.org/releases/sieve/dovecot-sieve-1.1.6.tar.gz and http://www.rename-it.nl/dovecot/1.1/dovecot-1.1-managesieve-0.10.6.tar.gz then extract them to the source subdirectories (overwriting the existing files), before dpkg-buildpackage stage.
